The name of the company operating the hotel is <strong data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"218\">Vaslag Eiendom AS<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the hotel&#8221;), which you are entering into an agreement with, as stated in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, the following rules shall apply. Separate rules apply for conferences and group reservations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"1217\"><strong data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"495\">BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION<\/strong><br data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"498\" \/>A booking becomes binding once a room is reserved via the online booking system used by the hotel and paid for in advance. A confirmation is sent via the booking system both by email and SMS. Your mobile phone acts as the key to access both the room and the booking system.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"774\" \/>When making a reservation, you must provide your name, mobile number, address, email address, and check-in\/check-out dates. It is important that you provide a correct email address and mobile number so you can receive the reservation confirmation.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1024\" \/>To book a room at <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1068\">Karivollen Overnatting<\/strong>, you must be at least 18 years old. If you book a room for a minor, you are responsible regardless of whether you are staying with the minor or not.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1400\"><strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1245\">CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT<\/strong><br data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1248\" \/>Check-in is available from 15:00 every day.<br data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1294\" \/>Guests may arrive at any time after 15:00 on the day of arrival.<br data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/>Check-out is at 12:00 (noon) every day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1759\"><strong data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1430\">CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW<\/strong><br data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1433\" \/>If you do not show up for your stay, you will be charged for the entire stay.<br data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1513\" \/>If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before arrival (with open check-in time set to 12:00 on weekdays), 50% of the booking will be refunded.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1662\" \/>If cancellation occurs within 48 hours before arrival, the full amount for the stay must be paid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"2134\"><strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1800\">EARLY DEPARTURE AND EXTENDING STAYS<\/strong><br data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1803\" \/>Shortening your stay after booking does not entitle you to any refund.<br data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1876\" \/>If you wish to extend your stay, the hotel must be notified the day before\u2014at least 24 hours before the current booking ends, i.e., no later than 12:00 on the day before check-out.<br data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2059\" \/>Check-out is at 12:00 every day. Check-in is possible from 12:00 every day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2536\"><strong data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2173\">HOTEL OBLIGATIONS AND YOUR RIGHTS<\/strong><br data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2176\" \/>If the hotel cannot provide the room as agreed, you shall, at no additional cost, be offered a room of equivalent or better standard at this or another hotel.<br data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2337\" \/>Please specify your preferences when booking to ensure the hotel is adequately prepared.<br data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2428\" \/>Our hotel rooms are non-smoking.
